Orthodontist

Part-time / Contract · Remote Remote (licensed in Ontario)

Lead clinical treatment planning for every Invisalign case in the SmileMobile network. You review iTero scans remotely, design custom plans, and oversee patient progress through virtual check-ins.

What you'll do

  • Design and approve Invisalign treatment plans for every patient case
  • Conduct virtual check-ins with patients on request
  • Provide clinical oversight to our hygienist team in the field
  • Collaborate with our software workflows to streamline case turnaround

What we're looking for

  • DDS/DMD with completed orthodontic residency
  • Active license to practice in Ontario (RCDSO)
  • Significant Invisalign experience — Diamond/Platinum provider preferred
  • Comfortable with remote and tele-orthodontic workflows

Dental Hygienist

Full-time · Field-based Greater Toronto Area

Be the face of SmileMobile inside our partner clinics. You travel to partner offices, set up our iTero scanner, perform consults and scans, and own the patient relationship through their treatment journey.

What you'll do

  • Travel to partner dental clinics across the GTA on scheduled SmileMobile days
  • Conduct patient consultations and 3D iTero scans
  • Manage attachment placement and progress visits
  • Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment

What we're looking for

  • Registered Dental Hygienist (CDHO) in good standing
  • Comfortable using iTero or similar intraoral scanners (training provided)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills — patients and partner clinics will love you

Business Development Associate

Full-time · Hybrid (Toronto) Toronto, ON

Own our partner clinic pipeline. You'll identify, pitch, and onboard general practice dental offices across the GTA — turning empty chairs into SmileMobile partner clinics.

What you'll do

  • Source and qualify general practice dental offices as potential partners
  • Run discovery calls and in-person pitches with clinic owners
  • Own the partnership pipeline from first touch through signed agreement
  • Work closely with founders to refine pitch, pricing, and partner experience

What we're looking for

  • 1–4 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Track record of closing — bonus if it's in healthcare or dental
  • Self-starter who can work an outbound pipeline independently
  • Based in or near Toronto, willing to do in-person clinic visits
